The commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Oleksandr Pavlyuk, has shared a video of a Russian cruise missile being shot down with a Browning M2 machine gun.
According to Pavlyuk, a mobile fire team hit the missile on the approach to Kyiv during a nighttime missile attack.
"This is not the first cruise missile shot down by this unit! Training + cohesion = result," the commander said.
On 21 March, at around 5 a.m., the Russian army fired more than 30 missiles at Kyiv. Ukraine's Air Force reported that it had shot down all 31 Russia-launched missiles, including two air-launched ballistic missiles.
