The Russian army has struck again in the Khmelnytskyy Region, the regional military administration reported.
Residents are being asked to stay in shelters until the alarm goes off.
Local Telegram channels report that there is a power outage in Khmelnytskyy, Shepetivka, Starokonstantyniv, Krasyliv and surrounding villages. The occupiers are attacking energy infrastructure facilities.
As of 7:00 a.m., the air raid alert has been cancelled.
The mayor of Khmelnytskyy, Oleksandr Symchyshyn, said that infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged in the city. There are casualties and injuries among civilians.
As of now, there are two dead and at least eight wounded in Khmelnytskyy.
