At night, Russia attacked Ukraine with more than 60 Shaheds and almost 90 missiles of various types. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"The world sees the targets of Russian terrorists as clearly as possible: power plants and energy supply lines, a hydroelectric dam, ordinary residential buildings, even a trolleybus," he said.

The President stressed that Russia is at war against ordinary people's lives.

All the cities affected by the attack are already operating the necessary services. Rescuers, power engineers, regional and local authorities, police, and utility companies are helping people.

Electricity supply is being restored.

"Kharkiv and its Region, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Vinnytsya, Ivano-Frankivsk Regions, Khmelnytskyy and the Region - wherever it is needed, restoration work has been going on since nightfall," Zelenskyy said. "Russian missiles have no delays, like aid packages to our country. "The Shaheds have no indecision, like some politicians. It is important to understand the cost of delays and postponed decisions. Petriot systems need to protect Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhya, and we need air defence systems to protect people, infrastructure, homes and dams. Our partners know exactly what is needed. They can definitely support us. They need these decisions. Life must be protected from these non-humans from Moscow," he added.
