Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an official statement denying any allegations of Ukraine's involvement in the shooting at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.
According to the ministry, this is "a planned provocation by the Kremlin to further fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria and create conditions for increased mobilisation".The Foreign Ministry recalled that the Kremlin has a long history of creating bloody provocations, including the 1999 terrorist attack on the Kashirskoye highway.
"There are no red lines for Putin's dictatorship, it is ready to kill its own citizens for political purposes," the ministry said in a statement. The ministry calls on the international community to dismiss the false accusations against Ukraine and strengthen support for its resistance to Russian aggression.
