The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has officially proposed that the EU use the revenues of Russia's frozen assets to provide military assistance to Ukraine. He wrote about this on the X. 

He noted that 90% of the revenues would be allocated through the European Peace Fund and 10% through the EU budget.

"I look forward to a swift adoption by the Council. This will demonstrate the EU's unity and readiness to support Ukraine and its people," Borrell wrote
