On the afternoon of 11 April, the enemy launched a missile attack on Mykolayiv.
This was reported by the head of the Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim.
"According to preliminary information, 2 people were killed and 4 injured as a result of the hit in the city," Kim wrote at 12:39.
The Air Force announced a missile alert for Mykolayiv and Kherson regions at 12:02. The alert was cancelled at 12:32.
Update. Later, the Southern Ukrainian Defence Forces reported that, according to preliminary information, 4 civilians were killed and 5 injured.
The enemy used ballistic missiles. There is damage to residential buildings and cars in the private sector. Damage to industrial facilities was also reported. The circumstances are being clarified.
We would also like to remind you that last night Russia attacked the energy sector with about 40 missiles and 40 drones. Substations and generation facilities in 5 regions were damaged. Only a part of the enemy targets was destroyed.
