The Russian army attacked Odesa around 7 a.m. on Wednesday morning. At least one person was wounded - a 43-year-old woman. The victim is in moderate condition, she was hospitalised. These data were provided by the head of Odesa regional military administration Oleh Kiper.
"About 30 houses were damaged by the shock wave: windows were smashed, ceilings fell in some houses," he said.
All relevant services are working at the site. Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another Russian crime.
