Russia has again reported a drone attack. Explosions were heard at an oil refinery in the Smolensk Region.
A fire broke out there, according to the Russian channel ASTRA. The Russian Ministry of Defence traditionally reports a "repelled" attack.
According to Russian reports, the drones were flying over Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh and Smolensk Regions.
The governor of the Smolensk region acknowledged the attack on the refinery. He says there were no casualties.
A video from the scene of the fire was posted on social media. Witnesses say they heard about four explosions.
