On Wednesday afternoon, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv again. An infrastructure facility was damaged.
The first explosion was reported by the head of the RMA, Oleh Synyehubov, on Telegram at 12:12, and the second at 12:13. A large fire broke out at the site of the strikes, the mayor said.
"The missiles attacked an infrastructure facility. There is a large fire at the site of the hit. Information on casualties and damage is being clarified," he said.
At 12:22, Synyehubov said that there was no information about the wounded.
