As of the morning of 10 August, law enforcement officers identified the bodies of two children - girls aged 9 and 11.
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"As of the morning of 10 August 2024, the bodies of 2 dead children have been identified - girls aged 9 and 11. Expert examinations are ongoing to identify 6 more people, including, possibly, 1 child," the statement said.
Investigative actions are currently underway. The number of victims is being determined.
- On Friday, 9 August, in the morning, the Russian Federation fired an X-38 missile at a supermarket and post office in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk Region.
- The number of people killed in the shelling was 14, and 43 people were injured.
