Russian invaders shelled Kurakhovo, Donetsk Region, with Uragan multiple rocket launchers. The attack killed at least three people.
This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Military District Administration.
"At least 3 people were killed and 9 wounded as a result of the shelling of Kurakhove. This afternoon, the Russians used Uragan systems there, hitting the private sector and high-rise buildings in the city centre," Filashkin wrote.
Authorities, police and rescuers are working at the site. The exact number of victims and the extent of damage is being established.
Later, the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office reported that as of 17:30, the number of wounded had increased to 11 people, including 5 women and 6 men. One person is in serious condition.
