On the eve of the presentation of the Victory Plan at the European Council, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian side heard the word ‘negotiations’ from its partners and the word ‘justice’ was much less common.
This was reported by the President's press service.
‘Tomorrow, I will present the Victory Plan at a meeting of the European Council. But I want to be frank with you about how the situation is being handled in some non-public, multi-format communication with Ukraine. We hear the word ‘negotiations’ from some partners, and the word ‘justice’ is much less common,’ Zelenskyy said.
He noted that Ukraine is open to diplomacy, but to honest diplomacy.
‘That is why we have the Peace Formula. This is a guarantee of negotiations without forcing Ukraine to injustice. Ukrainians deserve a decent peace. The Victory Plan will pave the way to this,’ the President noted.
The Head of State noted that the Victory Plan is a guarantee that ‘the madmen in the Kremlin will lose the opportunity to continue the war’. That is why the Victory Plan is a bridge to the implementation of the Peace Formula, to the implementation of the Summit, and a path to honest diplomacy.
