Emergency rescue operations following yesterday’s Russian attack on Zaporizhzhya have been completed. 

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, and Ivan Fedorov, head of the Regional Military Administration, 113 people were injured, 13 of whom were killed. Of the injured, 59 are currently hospitalised, including 10 in serious condition.

Among the victims is a girl born in 2011. The attack also damaged 36 vehicles, including a tram and two taxis, three administrative buildings, and a residential high-rise.

Rescuers extinguished a fire covering 800 square metres in an administrative building, as well as fires in three cars. Police received 163 statements from citizens regarding the incident.

Fedorov reported that Russian forces used FAB bombs to strike the city centre.
