During the night of 21 March, the Russian army launched a large-scale drone assault on Odesa and its outskirts, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa RMA.
“Civilian infrastructure has been damaged, including a residential high-rise building, a shopping centre, and shops,” Kiper reported.
Among the injured is a minor girl. The State Emergency Service (SES) confirmed that all those wounded are teenagers.


Damage was recorded in Odesa, as well as in Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyy districts, affecting commercial and industrial buildings, service stations, and vehicles, police said.
Powerful fires broke out in three locations, leading to localised emergency power outages in Prymorskyy, Peresypskyy, and Kyivskyy districts of Odesa.
In the morning, Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov confirmed that infrastructure, commercial facilities, and cars had been damaged.
