In Kharkiv, five people were injured in a morning attack on 21 July, including a 12-year-old child. Russian forces hit a private house in the Nemyshlyanskyy District.
Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire. The State Emergency Service reported this.
“Emergency response units, bomb disposal experts and psychologists from the State Emergency Service, as well as medics, law enforcement officers and municipal workers, were working at the scene,” the statement said.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported a drone strike on the Nemyshlyanskyy District at around 4 a.m. Earlier, after midnight, he said a drone attacked the city’s Kyivskyi District.
