Russian forces attacked two civilians in Kherson Region with drones. A 21-year-old resident of Kherson and a 36-year-old man from the village of Charivne were injured.

At around 11:40, Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone on a 21-year-old man in Kherson’s Korabelnyy District. As a result of the attack, he sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his leg.
Medics provided the victim with the necessary assistance. He will continue treatment on an outpatient basis.
A 36-year-old resident of the village of Charivne also sought medical assistance after a Russian drone attacked him while he was riding a moped.
The man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his head, arm and leg. After an examination, doctors prescribed outpatient treatment.
Also at around 11:40, Russian forces killed a man in Kherson’s Korabelnyy District. As a result of the drone strike, a 58-year-old Kherson resident sustained injuries incompatible with life.
- On the morning of 19 July, the Russian army carried out an air strike on the Bilozerka community in Kherson Region. A 75-year-old woman was killed in the attack, and six other civilians were injured.
