On the night of 19 July, as part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russia, units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a number of important military and military-economic targets in Russia.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Two tankers in the Black Sea were hit, as well as a floating crane in the Sea of Azov.
The tankers are used to transport Russian oil, petroleum products and fuel in the interests of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
The floating cranes support port operations, loading and unloading cargo, and also help sustain the Russian army’s maritime logistics.
An enemy Buk surface-to-air missile system was also hit near Zelenopillya in Zaporizhzhya Region.
In the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Region, an automobile bridge near Novoekonomichne was hit; Russia uses it for military logistics.
- On the night of 19 July, attack drones struck three oil depots in the city of Mikhaylovsk in Russia’s Stavropol Krai. After the strikes, large-scale fires broke out at the sites.
