Servicemen of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skelia” have cleared the central part of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk Region of Russian troops and raised the national flag of Ukraine over one of the buildings.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment Skelia.
The regiment published a video showing a concentration of Russian forces in a private residential area of Kostyantynivka. Ukrainian drones subsequently struck the Russian positions. The footage also shows Russian personnel being targeted.
According to the military, following the operation, the Defence Forces secured and cleared the central part of the city.
“The 425th Regiment Skelia has completed its combat mission. The Ukrainian city of Kostyantynivka is once again under the blue-and-yellow flag. We will continue our work until Ukraine is fully liberated. Glory to Ukraine!” one of the soldiers said in the published video.
