On the night of 18 July 2026, Ukraine’s Defence Forces carried out strikes on a number of key Russian military and military-economic facilities. Among the targets hit were an oil depot in Moscow Region, vessels in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, the Svetlyak patrol ship, and a railway bridge in occupied Luhansk Region.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The strike hit the Nafto-Service oil depot in Noginsk, Moscow Region. A direct hit on the facility was recorded, followed by a fire on the company’s premises.
The General Staff noted that the oil depot is used to store and supply fuel and lubricants, including to meet the needs of the Russian army.
Ukrainian forces also hit two tankers, two floating cranes and one tugboat in the waters of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea. According to the General Staff, the tankers transport crude oil, petroleum products and fuel in the interests of the Russian Armed Forces, while the floating cranes and tugboats are used for military logistics and port operations.
Separately, the General Staff reported that the Svetlyak patrol ship was hit in Kerch in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The General Staff stressed that this is already the second Svetlyak-class vessel hit by Ukraine’s Defence Forces over the past two days.
In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a railway bridge over the Bila River near Sabivka in Luhansk Region, which Russian troops use to support military logistics.
The General Staff said the Defence Forces will continue to strike military facilities that enable Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
