Today, 18 July 18, the Russian army carried out a massive strike on the port infrastructure of the Odesa Region. One person was killed and others were injured. While the aftermath was being dealt with, the Russian military struck again. 

This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper. 

In the waters of the Black Sea, Russia attacked a foreign merchant vessel flying the flag of Antigua and Barbuda. One person was killed, and three others were injured and hospitalised. 

Infrastructure facilities were also damaged: buildings, tanks, and warehouses. No information about additional casualties has been received so far. 

While the consequences of one of the attacks were being addressed, Russia launched a second strike. As a result, specialised rescue equipment was damaged. Personnel were in shelter, so none of the rescuers were injured.

  • On the evening of 17 July, the Russians carried out a missile strike on the port infrastructure of the Odesa Region. A civilian vessel flying the flag of the Marshall Islands was hit. People were injured.
