The jury of the 23rd 3×3 International Illustration Awards Show recognised two works by Ukrainian illustrator Mariya Foya in the “Merit Award Winner” category. The illustrator reported this on Instagram.

The first work is a series of illustrations for the story Touch Me by Maksym Popil, about a girl who tries to keep an old promise no matter what, but the price turns out to be too high. The work was published in a magazine by the ARK UI publishing house.

The second work is an illustration created for the German media outlet Die Zeit.

The jury honors works that capture attention, prompt reflection, and demonstrate the author’s creative skill.

Mariya Foya is a Ukrainian illustrator from Kyiv. Her clients include the technology company Adobe and international outlets such as The Guardian, Die Zeit, The New York Times, Scientific American, and others.
