Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has commented on successful strikes by the Defence Forces against four fuel infrastructure facilities in Russia’s Stavropol Krai and three tankers from Russia’s shadow fleet in the Black Sea.

The head of state reported this on Facebook.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine continues to target facilities that support and finance Russian aggression.

“We continue to respond to Russian strikes in a fully justified and precise manner. Today, Ukraine’s long-range sanctions reached the designated targets that support and finance Russian aggression,” the President said.

He reported that units of the Security Service of Ukraine struck three oil depots in Russia’s Stavropol Krai, while units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit another fuel infrastructure facility in the same region.

In addition, in the Black Sea, Ukraine’s Defence Forces successfully struck three Russian shadow fleet tankers used to transport oil and circumvent international sanctions.

“In the Black Sea, precise hits were recorded on three Russian shadow fleet tankers,” Zelenskyy emphasised.

The President thanked all Ukrainian service members and special services involved in conducting long-range operations on Russian territory.

“I thank every unit that is helping expand within Russia the understanding that this war must be brought to an end,” the Head of State concluded.
