An employee of a Polish defence-sector company was killed as a result of a Russian missile attack on the Kyiv Region.
The man was not a Polish citizen. This information was confirmed by Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reports Defence24.
Russian forces struck the grounds of a private shooting range in the Bucha district, where the Defence Demo Day & Defence Expo event organised by the Ukrainian association of unmanned systems manufacturers ARMADA was taking place. The event brought together representatives of the defence industry, the military and technology companies.
Polish consular services are also providing the necessary assistance to those affected by the attack.

- According to the Prosecutor General’s Office as of 14:52, ten people were killed and about 100 were injured as a result of the strike on the region. There is extensive damage to residential buildings.
