Over the past day, Russia struck Kharkiv and eight settlements in the Region. As a result of the attacks, two people were killed and nine residents were injured.
As the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov reported, in Kharkiv a 43-year-old woman was injured, and a 65-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
In the village of Lebyazhe in the Prolisne community, women aged 66 and 73 were killed, and women aged 41 and 73 were injured. In the village of Sadove in the Blyznyuky community, women aged 79, 47 and 62 suffered acute stress reactions, and in the settlement of Zolochiv a 71-year-old woman and a 74-year-old man suffered acute stress reactions.
Doctors also provided assistance to a 35-year-old woman who was injured in Izyum on 11 August, and to a 53-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman who were wounded on 19 August in the village of Stetskivka in the Velykyy Burluk community.
Russian military attacked the Kyivskyy district of Kharkiv with UAVs and used various types of weapons across the Kharkiv Region:
- 2 Molniya-type UAVs;
- 6 FPV drones;
- 54 UAVs (type being identified).
Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed.
In Kharkiv, a car was damaged.
In Bohodukhiv district, a combine harvester and 10 hectares of wheat were damaged in the village of Bratenytsya, as well as four private houses, outbuildings and power lines in the settlement of Zolochiv.
In Kupyansk district, a private house was damaged in the settlement of Velykyy Burluk.
In Izyum district, a private house in Izyum and a preschool in the village of Ivanivka were damaged.
In Kharkiv district, a bank, a shop and a pharmacy were damaged in the city of Derhachi.
In Lozova district, two private houses were damaged in the village of Sadove.
In Chuhuyiv district, 28 private houses, three outbuildings and 11 cars were damaged in the village of Lebyazhe.
Over the past day, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 173 people. In total, since the point began operating, 47,758 people have been registered there.
