Russian forces attacked a shopping centre in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyy district. The city’s mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this.
“The enemy attacked a shopping centre in the Kyivskyy district. We are clarifying the details,” he wrote.
The strike on the shopping centre was also confirmed by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov. He noted that all circumstances are being established. Emergency services are heading to the site of the strike.
The day before, Russian forces attacked a shopping centre in Kharkiv’s Osnovyanskyy district with a combat drone. As a result of the strike, a man in his early 40s was killed and five other people were injured.
According to preliminary investigative data, the Russians may have used a Geran-4 Seeker type UAV.
