In Vinnytsia, a civilian infrastructure facility has been damaged as a result of a Russian attack. This was reported by the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna.
"In Vinnytsia, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of an enemy attack. There is destruction," the statement said.
Relevant services are working at the scene. As of now, there are no casualties.
