The 1,696th day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. A total of 304 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. Sixty of them took place on the Pokrovsk axis.

According to updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out 83 air strikes, dropping 271 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 7,059 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,551 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 76 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy shelling, in particular, hit the settlements of Korenok, Nova Sich, Bachivsk, Tovstodubove, Sopych, Rohizne, Ivolzhanske, Mala Korchakivka, Pysarivka, Yunakivka, Khrapivshchyna, Volfyne, Bezsalivka, Sukhodil, Ulanove, Zapsillia, Kindrativka, Hirky, Kozache, Seredyna-Buda, Mohrytsia, Brusky, Khotin, Rudenka, Neskuchne, Iskryskivshchyna, Yastrubshchyna, Luzhky in Sumy region; and Yanzhulivka in Chernihiv region. The settlement of Vilna Sloboda was hit by an air strike.
Over the past day, the Defence Forces’ aviation struck an area where enemy manpower was concentrated.
On the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes over the past day, the aggressor carried out one air strike using three guided aerial bombs, and conducted 64 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
On the South Slobozhanskyi axis Ukrainian units repelled 22 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to attack in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Izbytske and Chuhunivka, and towards the settlements of Buzove and Radkivka.
On the Kupiansk axis the enemy tried three times to improve its positions, conducting assault actions towards Novoosynove and Shyikivka.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled on the Lyman axis, where the occupiers attacked eight times towards the settlements of Novoiehorivka, Olhivka, Druzhliubivka, Lyman and Staryi Karavan.
On the Sloviansk axis the enemy carried out two attacks towards the settlements of Orikhuvatka and Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis the Defence Forces stopped three attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of Chervone and towards Yurkivka.
On the Kostiantynivka axis 27 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka and Dovha Balka, and towards the settlements of Rozkishne, Mykolaipillia and Raiske.
The enemy carried out sixty attacks on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie and Molodetske, and towards the settlements of Toretske, Pavlivka, Novopavlivka, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Hannivka, Dobropillia, Svitle, Krasnopillia, Serhiivka and Muravka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis the enemy did not conduct assault actions.
On the Huliaipole axis the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions 20 times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Rizdvianka, Dolynka, Hirke and Yehorivka.
On the Orikhiv axis the enemy tried twice to attack towards Pavlivka.
On the Dnipro axis the occupiers did not conduct assault actions.
On the Volyn and Polissia axes no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day Russian invaders’ losses totalled 1,790 personnel. Also neutralised were 15 armoured combat vehicles, nine artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, one air defence asset, six aircraft, three ground robotic systems, 693 unmanned aerial vehicles, 230 vehicles and three units of the enemy’s specialised equipment.
