On the night of 29 October, various Russian regions were attacked by drones. Russia’s Ministry of Defence claims it shot down 1,214 UAVs. More than half of them were heading for Moscow.
The Exilenova+ channel reported explosions in Sterlitamak, in the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is a major centre for the chemical industry and mechanical engineering.
According to local residents, numerous explosions were heard in the city. Smoke is rising.
The ASTRA channel writes that smoke was recorded near the Bashkir Soda Company, which is included in the register of defence enterprises.
