Cherkasy Regional Military Administration head Ihor Taburets wrote about it on Telegram.
“This morning Uman was in the enemy’s sights. There are consequences for a critical infrastructure facility. No details for obvious reasons,” he said.
There were no casualties.
The necessary services are working.
