The 1,713th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. Over the past day, 205 combat clashes were recorded.
As the General Staff reported, yesterday the enemy carried out 71 air strikes and dropped 235 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 6,578 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,256 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops, including 26 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy shelling, in particular, hit the settlements of Ryzhivka, Pavlivka, Korenok, Pysarivka, Neskuchne, Mala Korchakivka, Kindrativka, Katerynivka, Tovstodubove, Volfyne, Bezsalivka, Mar’ine, Vodolahy, Stepne, Ulanove, Iskryskivshchyna, Nova Sich, Korchakivka, Khrapivshchyna, Yastrubshchyna, Kucherivka, Vyshenky, Bilokopytove, Yunakivka, and Oleksiivka in Sumy region. Air strikes hit the settlements of Vilna Sloboda, Vakalivshchyna, and Ivolzhanske.
Over the past day, the missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck an enemy artillery system and a UAV control point.
In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions over the past day, the aggressor carried out one assault action. The enemy also launched two air strikes, using six guided aerial bombs, and carried out 118 attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the South Slobozhanskyi direction Ukrainian units repelled eight enemy attacks towards the settlements of Ternova, Karaichne, Zakharivka, Kolodiazne, and in the areas of the settlements of Ustynivka and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk direction the occupiers carried out three assault actions, attacking towards Radkivka and Kupiansk.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers carried out ten attacks towards Stepove, Zelena Dolyna, and in the area of Zarichne.
In the Sloviansk direction the enemy carried out three attacks: towards the settlements of Mykolaivka and Orikhuvatka, and in the area of the settlement of Yurkivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction the occupiers did not conduct assault actions.
In the Kostiantynivka direction 20 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive actions in the area of Kostiantynivka and towards the settlements of Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Mykolaipillia, Osykove, Raiske, Pavlivka, and Novopavlivka.
The enemy carried out 31 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers tried to advance near the settlements of Sofiivka, Vilne, Svitle, Vodianske, Vasylivka, Molodetske, and Udachne, and towards Dobropillia, Novohryshyne, Myrne, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction the enemy did not conduct assault actions.
In the Huliaipole direction the occupiers attacked the positions of our defenders seven times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Yehorivka, Kopani, Hirke, Nove Zaporizhzhia, and near Dobropillia.
In the Orikhiv direction the occupiers carried out an attack towards the settlement of Lukianivske.
In the Dnipro direction the enemy did not carry out assault actions.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 2,500 personnel. One tank, seven armoured combat vehicles, 46 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence asset, nine ground robotic systems, 936 unmanned aerial vehicles, 371 vehicles, and two units of special equipment were also destroyed.
