Ukrainian company Ratel Robotics has expanded its ecosystem of robotic solutions with new unmanned aircraft. The updated line-up includes six models for strike missions, reconnaissance, logistics and operation under active electronic warfare. The manufacturer reported this on social media.
The new line-up includes the following drones:
Black Stork is a heavy 30-inch multi-purpose UAV designed for strike missions, logistics and reconnaissance. According to the developer, it has a payload capacity of up to 10 kg, can stay airborne for up to 50 minutes and operate at a range of up to 15 km. The drone is equipped with an optical system for round-the-clock use, a StabX module for GPS-free navigation, and a Starlink system that provides video transmission and control.
Owl A (Attack) is a 22-inch strike UAV developed to engage armoured vehicles, fortifications and enemy personnel. The maximum payload is 5 kg, the operational range is up to 30 km, and endurance is up to 45 minutes, the developers say. Starlink is used for control and video transmission. According to the manufacturer, this makes it possible to maintain a stable link under electronic warfare conditions.
Owl R (Recon) is a reconnaissance UAV with a 22-inch frame designed for surveillance, fire adjustment and intelligence gathering. The model is equipped with a Tarot T30X camera with 30x optical zoom and a StabX-Day module that ensures stable operation when GPS is being jammed. Control and video transmission are carried out via Starlink to maintain connectivity under electronic warfare.
Sparrow 10 is a 10-inch strike FPV drone that the company describes as a fast and manoeuvrable tool for carrying out tactical missions. According to the developers, its payload is up to 2 kg, operational range up to 10 km, and top speed up to 90 km/h. Endurance reaches 15 minutes.
Sparrow 7 is a compact 7-inch strike FPV drone for engaging equipment, fortifications and enemy personnel. The manufacturer highlights its manoeuvrability, particularly when operating in difficult conditions and confined spaces. According to the developers, the UAV can carry up to 1.5 kg of payload, has an operational range of up to 10 km, reaches speeds of up to 80 km/h and can stay airborne for up to 15 minutes.
Sparrow OF is a 10-inch strike FPV drone that uses a fibre-optic cable for control. This communications system is designed to operate under intense electronic warfare and provides video and control-command transmission without radio emissions. The stated specifications for Sparrow OF are: combat payload up to 1.5 kg, speed up to 80 km/h, and endurance up to 15 minutes.
Ratel Robotics is a Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned systems that has been developing drones since 2023. The company is best known as a producer of UGVs. Its robotic platforms are used for battlefield logistics, casualty evacuation, reconnaissance, drone launching and demining. In 2026, the company signed contracts totalling $86 million.
