Ukrainian the State Border officers when monitoring the sea surface from air have registered Russian self-elevating drilling offshore platforms, fixed platforms and supply vessels in Odesa and Holitsynske gas fields.
"The presence of vessels under the flag of the Russian Federation on the territory of the gas fields may indicate the continuation of illegal exploration and production of natural resources, as well as the operation of facilities and constructions for commercial purposes without the permission of the relevant Ukrainian authorities," the State Border Service reported.
