“Although the forum will be dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Israel and Ukraine, the topics of discussion panels will go far beyond this time period and will not have geographical boundaries,” Lozhkin said.
More than 40 speakers of KJF-2021 from Israel, Ukraine, USA, Canada, Italy and other countries will discuss the increased threat of global anti-Semitism that has penetrated the online environment, the impact of COVID on the world today, the successful experience of the people of Israel as the startup nation number one in the world, preserving the memory of the Holocaust as a reliable means against the spread of anti-Semitism and a lot more.
Representatives of the UN, the European Commission, as well as members of the governments and parliaments of the countries of the EU, the USA, Canada, Israel and Ukraine will take part in the discussions of the forum.
In particular, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky and Minister of Health Viktor Liashko will share their vision of the prospects for Ukrainian-Israeli relations during the Kyiv Jewish Forum.
Let us recall that the first Kyiv Jewish Forum, initiated by Boris Lozhkin, was held in 2019 and gathered 500 participants from all over the world in Kyiv. Already more than 83,000 people took part in the second KJF held online.
The organizers of the current Kyiv Jewish Forum are the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine, Combat Antisemitism Movement and Center for Jewish Impact.
