Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has offered 100,000 free seats to Ukrainian refugees flying from Poland, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary in March 2022, according to the company’s press office.
“WIZZ is willing to help Ukrainian refugees to reach their destinations no matter where they are. Therefore, we offer 100,000 free seats on short-haul flights that depart from Ukraine’s neighbouring countries (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania) in March,” the company says.
Wizz Air also reports that many people are already moving and may now be in other countries.
