The department of State Emergency Service in Kharkiv oblast released photos and videos of the consequences of the air raid on Yakovlivka village of Merefa urban hromada in Kharkiv oblast. About 800 people live there.

“The enemy is so afraid of regular Ukrainian villagers that they cynically began to destroy whole villages,” the State Emergency Service stated.

According to the rescuers, at 22:57, on Wednesday, March 2, Yakovlivka suffered an enemy air raid. At least 30 private houses, along with personal vehicles and outbuildings, were destroyed with bombs.

“7 people were injured, 10 people were rescued from under the rubble. Unfortunately, three Ukrainians died,” - the State Emergency Service reported.

As of now, the search and rescue operations are underway. Information about the dead and injured is being clarified.

20 people, and three equipment units from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are working on site. 

From March 2 to March 3, Russia brutally attacked Kharkiv, Izium, villages Yakovlivka, and Khoroshevo. In 24 hours, the enemy has killed 34 civilians and injured at least 285, including ten children in the oblast.
