Dmytro Kuleba, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, wrote on his Twitter that it is possible the Russians could be prepared to send volley fire systems from the Russian border village of Popovka into their territory.
"Knowing the barbaric nature of Russia's actions, we fear that a false-flag operation may be used to accuse Ukraine," the minister said.
Worrying reports: Russians might have pointed multiple rocket-launching systems in the Russian border village of Popovka towards their own territory. Knowing the barbaric nature of Russian actions we fear a false flag operation might be prepared in order to accuse Ukraine.

Adviser to the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs, Anton Gerashchenko, referring to the Security Services of Ukraine (SSU), also said that in the Russian village of Popovka, bordering the Krasnopillia district of the Sumy region, the enemy had changed the direction of Russian MLRS "Grad" missiles towards Russia in the direction of movement from the Ukrainian border.
The SSU alleges that the occupiers are preparing a provocation by shelling their territory to accuse Ukraine of attacking the civilian Russian population.
