An unmanned aircraft vehicle, most likely of Russian origin, was found in the Romanian municipality of Dumitra, just over 100 kilometers south of the Ukrainian border. Censor.NET reported this with reference to the "Balkanskyi ohliadach."
It was reported that the local police initiated an investigation after a resident of the Bystrytsia-Neseud district of the Eastern Carpathians said that an unknown drone had landed on a lawn near his home.
A local police spokesman said it was an aircraft model, a miniature plane with no equipment or signs to suggest it was military or war-related.
However, according to images circulating on the Internet, the "airplane" is similar to the Russian drone "Orlan-10". This model is used to collect intelligence data and set targets.
Orlan-10 drones are manufactured only by Russia and used in Ukraine since 2014.
On the night of 11 March 2022, an unknown aircraft crashed in the western part of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Croatian experts believe that this is a Soviet-made Tu-141 "Stryzh" used in the 1980s. According to the Adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Markiyan Lubkivskyi, this drone is not Ukrainian.
