The State Bureau of investigation searched several deputies from the faction "The Opposition Platform — For Life" who wanted to cross or crossed the Ukrainian border.
According to the State Bureau of investigation press service, the investigative actions were carried out as part of a pre-trial investigation into illegal activities of law enforcement officials who assisted certain persons, including people's deputies of Ukraine, in illegally crossing the state border of Ukraine.
In particular, three rifles and large sums of cash in hryvnias and dollars were confiscated from deputy Vadym Rabinovych, two grenades (F-1 and RGD-5) from deputy Viktor Chornyi, and a pistol from deputy Oleh Voloshin.
Earlier today, it became known that since February 24, when the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine began, about 20 people's deputies fled abroad.
