Due to the Russian occupiers' shelling of the TV tower and administrative building in the Rivne region, nine people were killed, and nine others were injured.
The head of the Rivne Region Military Administration, Vitaliy Koval, announced it at a briefing on the security situation in the region on 14 March.
"We have restored broadcasting in the northern districts of the region via the cable network, Internet operators have provided access. Broadcasting is being restored. Radio stations of local broadcasters have started airing," Koval said.
According to the acting Chief of the SES of the Rivne region, Yuriy Koretskyy, 90 rescuers and 15 units of equipment worked at the site of the airstrike.
"Currently, we continue rescue work and will continue until the complete clearing of the building," said Koretskyy.
At night on 14 March, two enemy airstrikes destroyed the television tower in the Rivne region.
On 11 March, the Russian occupiers struck three airstrikes in the Rivne region.
