Today Russian forces attempted to break through the defense lines of the Ukrainian army in several directions. 

This information was published on the official Facebook page of the Joint Forces Operation.

“Our warriors were successful in fighting off all of the invaders’ attacks. Total losses of the enemy account for: around 150 enemy soldiers, 2 tanks, 7 IFVs (infantry fighting vehicles) and 1 APC (armored personnel carrier). After several unsuccessful attacks the occupants seized the assaults and retreated,” - the message said. 

Also, Ukrainian Air Forces and artillery caused damage to the groups of military equipment and the enemy’s columns. For example, a supply unit consisting of 12 vehicles was destroyed by means of artillery fire. 

“After suffering losses, the battalion tactical groups of the 336th Separate Marine Brigade and the 11th Separate Assault Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces retreated, - the Joint Forces Operation headquarters said. - Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold on to the frontiers and inflict maximum damage on the Kremlin invaders."

As a reminder, today the General Staff published a video of destruction of the enemy IFV during the defense of Mariupol. 

As of the morning of March 14, Russians lost 167 planes and helicopters, almost 1.3 thousand IFVs, 150 artillery systems and 8 drones.
