US President Joe Biden has signed a law on bipartisan state funding, which provides Ukraine with a historic $13.6bn.
"I have just signed a law on bipartisan state funding, which keeps the government open and provides Ukraine with a historic $13.6bn in funding," he wrote on Twitter.
Biden also noted that "Putin's aggression against Ukraine has united people in America and around the world to act urgently and decisively."

The bill was under approval for months before it was finalized by the US Congress last week. It quickly received support from Republicans and Democrats in both the Senate and House of Representatives. It includes $13.6bn in humanitarian, security, and economic aid to Ukraine and neighboring countries.
These resources will include additional defense equipment, humanitarian aid, and additional support for the deployment of US troops in neighboring countries. According to media reports, the package also includes new supplies of 105-mm mortars and additional anti-tank and anti-aircraft systems Javelin and Stinger.
On 9 March 2022, the leaders of both parties to the US Congress reached an agreement to increase aid to Ukraine and European allies to $13.6bn.
