The president of country-aggressor Russia, Volodymyr Putin, called the actions of the Russian military in Ukraine "successful" and said the war was "going according to plan."

He stated this at a meeting on social and economic support of Russian regions, informs Russian media.

"The operation is going well, according to pre-approved plans," Putin said.

The President of the RF also noted that the tactics of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation "have fully justified itself and everything is being done to avoid losses among the civilian population."

The shellings of Russians have killed many civilians, more than a hundred of them children.

The Kremlin master also said Western patrons "are pushing Kyiv to bloodshed" by supplying Ukraine with weapons to defend themselves against Russian military aggression. Putin also said that "Russia does not intend to occupy Ukraine." At the same time, Russian troops continue to terrorize Ukrainian cities that keep resisting the invaders even after they entered the city.

Putin said that if Russian troops acted only in the Donbas, it would not "eliminate the threat." He repeated the clichés of Russian propaganda that Kyiv allegedly created nuclear weapons aimed at Russia and that components of biological "ethnic oriented" weapons were allegedly created on the territory of Ukraine.

Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the UN Serhiy Kyslytsia told the UN Security Council that Russian fakes about chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine could indicate Putin's preparations for another provocation. Kyslytsia stressed that the documents and maps confiscated from the Russians confirm the planned attacks on residential areas. This information was confirmed by testimonies of captured Russian pilots who dropped bombs on Ukrainians' houses.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia's losses in the full-scale war against Ukraine have already exceeded 13,500 people. Russia also lost 404 tanks and 1,279 armored combat vehicles. In addition, the enemy had the number of artillery systems reduced by 150 units, missile systems of volley fire - by 64 units, air defense systems - by 36 units.

Also, Russia has 81 aircraft, 95 helicopters, 640 vehicles, three ships or boats, 60 fuel tanks, and nine operational and tactical drones less than it used to. Data on enemy losses are being clarified, as the high intensity of was actions complicates the calculation.
