The Russian offensive is largely halted on all fronts.

This was announced on Twitter by the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom with reference to the country's intelligence.

"In recent days, Russian troops have made minimal progress on land, at sea and in the air, and they continue to suffer heavy losses," the statement said.

British intelligence also notes that Ukrainian resistance remains stable and united, and the vast majority of Ukraine's territory, including all major cities, remains in Ukrainian hands.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian troops have lost offensive potential and were stopped in all directions. The enemy has significant problems with logistics, continues to suffer losses.

As of the morning of March 17, Russia had lost about 14,000 people, 444 tanks and 86 aircraft.
