Russian occupation forces fired on an evacuation bus from Popasna. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, reported it.
"The door on the bus was torn off ... Our guys who were at the checkpoint covered the bus with their armored vehicle and took it out ... People were already on the train and heading to the west of the country," Haidai said.
The Head of the Luhansk Region added that the local authorities had received the humanitarian aid and would be able to hand it over to the city residents tomorrow, 18 March 2022.
On 17 March 2022, the Russian occupiers attacked the village Novi Petrivtsi of the Vyshhorod area using heavy artillery. As a result, a two-year-old child was killed, and four other people were injured.
A shelter for mothers with children suffered shelling in Severodonetsk. Residents and employees of the institution are safe.
