Oleksiy Arestovych, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, announced at a briefing that in the past 26 days, the Ukrainian armed forces had destroyed four out of Russia's ten armies.
"On the 26th day of the active phase of the Russian-Ukrainian war, our troops destroyed 11 tank battalions, 34 battalions of armoured combat vehicles, five MLRS divisions, 17 tube artillery divisions, almost five aircraft regiments and five helicopter regiments. There are three sets of Russian strike armies as operational and strategic units. We have destroyed three Russian assault armies and one air force. Four out of 10 armies in Russia," Arestovych said.
According to him, the Russian invaders have almost lost the ability to attack anywhere in Ukraine. They are conducting only tactical actions, accumulation of reserves, exposed to the devastating blows of our missile forces, artillery and aircraft.
As of 21 March, the combat losses of Russian troops amounted to about 15,000 personnel, almost 500 tanks, 1,535 armoured fighting vehicles, 218 planes and helicopters, and so on.
