According to the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Russians are undertaking massive actions to prelocate the Ukrainian citizens from the occupied territories to the Russian Federation.

The Chief Directorate of Intelligence informed that after passing the filtration camps, Ukrainians are sent to economically depressed areas of Russia. A number of northern regions are mentioned as the final destination, in particular the Sakhalin Island, 

It is noted that Ukrainians are "offered" official employment through employment centers. Those who agree receive documents forbidding them to leave Russian regions for two years.

To date, information about the establishment of a Russian filtration camp in Dokuchaevsk, Donetsk region, has been confirmed. Civilians are massively transported there and their documents are confiscated. Officers from Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation "work" with people. Their goal is to find people who took part in the Anti-Terrorist Operation / Joint Forces Operation as well as the Ukrainian military and law enforcement officers. 

Then people are transported to Russia, in particular to Taganrog (Rostov region) and Krasnodar Territory, "- The Chief Directorate of Intelligence said.

The Ukrainian intelligence service stated that there were indisputable facts of inhuman treatment of Ukrainians, failure to provide medical care. There were problems with food supply.

The Ministry of Defense reminded that the forcible transfer of civilians to the territory of the aggressor state, including children, was a serious violation of international law, including international humanitarian law, and another proof of Russia's behavior as a terrorist state.
