The operational information on 3 April 2022, 06:00 a.m. about the russian invasion
The armed forces of the russian federation continue the armed aggression against Ukraine. The retreat of occupational forces continues in selected directions.
According to the available information, the moral and psychologic state of the adversary’s personnel and the level of motivation continue to be very low. The commanders of various levels in the 3rd motorized rifle division of the 20th general army in the Western military district refuse to take part in combat actions. Additionally, the soldiers are writing reports for leave en masse.
The personnel of the two battalion and tactical groups of the 4th military base within the 58th general army in the Southern military district have refused to take part in the combat actions in the territory of Ukraine. Their return to the points of their permanent dislocation has been planned.
To compensate the losses of the personnel, the russian commandment performs the agitation of civil population to join the armed forces. Such measures are being held both in the territory of the russian federation, and in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, and the autonomous republic of Crimea.
The systematic cases of violation of the requirements of the International Humanitarian Law regarding war action continue. The russian occupiers continue placing the weaponry and military matériel in the immediate proximity to the residential infrastructure of the settlements, conduct filtration measures in the temporarily occupied territories, violate the local residents, perform looting and pillaging.
In the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, the defenders of Ukraine have repelled six attacks of the enemy, destroyed four tanks, six units of armed and seven units of automobile matériel of the adversary in the last 24 hours.
The Air Forces formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have struck eight air targets: two planes, one helicopters, one drone, and four cruise missiles. The air fleet of the Air Forces has continued striking the enemy forces clusters, the military matériel columns, and the logistical centres.
