The occupier's suggestions to call a meeting of the UN Security Council on 4 April 2022 are related to russia's intentions to distort the trial of russian atrocities in the Kyiv region.

The Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Serhiy Kyslytsia, stated this on his Twitter message.

"The thief's hat is on fire [behavior that gives one away]: if you can't stop the already announced meeting on 5 April 2022, you can distort it by calling your own… What else could one expect from Putin's henchmen?" - wrote the diplomat, commenting on Russia's suggestions to call an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council on 4 April 2022.

Because of the "massacre in Bucha," the Polish people demanded that the EU provides Ukraine with weapons, and the British promised to "starve" the military machine of the russian federation."

The President of Moldova, Sandu, declared 4 April 2022 a day of mourning for the dead Ukrainians.

A meeting of the UN Security Council will occur on 5 April 2022 to discuss the mass killings of civilians by russian troops in the suburbs of Kyiv.

Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, and the entire Kyiv region were liberated from russian invaders. Mass killings of civilians executed by russians have been found in liberated towns and villages.

Among the victims of russians' war crimes are raped women whose bodies russians tried to burn; local government authorities killed; dead children, the elderly, and men. Many have their hands tied; they have signs of torture, and many people have been shot in the back of the head.

According to Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova, as of the evening of 3 April 2022, 410 bodies of civilians killed by the russian invaders had been removed from the liberated territory of the Kyiv region.
