The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine states that the total combat losses of the russian army in Ukraine from February 24 to April 9 amounted to about 19,100 people.

The occupiers also lost: 705 tanks, 1,895 armored vehicles, 335 artillery systems, 108 MLRS, and 55 anti-aircraft warfare systems.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 151 enemy aircraft, 136 helicopters, 1,363 enemy personal vehicles, seven ships, 76 fuel tanks, 112 UAVs operational-tactical level, 25 special equipment units and four mobile SRBM systems.

The General Staff noted that all data are being clarified as the estimation is difficult due to the high intensity of warfare.

As of the 40th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the russian army, which boasts of being the second strongest in the world, has lost more manpower and equipment than the whole armies of some countries.
