The Russian occupying forces tried to storm Severodonetsk but were not successful. Among the citizens of Kherson and the Kherson region, they're spreading newsletters containing distorted information about the course of the hostilities.

According to the Command's data, the russian occupiers are trying to improve the tactical situation in the South Buh direction and gain a foothold on the administrative borders of the Kherson region. Also, numerous cases of desertion are observed in enemy units.
"Russian occupying troops are trying to carry out measures of information and psychological influence on the people of Kherson city and the region. To do this, they distribute information bulletins containing distorted information about the course of hostilities, their justification of the so-called "special military operation" of the russian occupiers, and impose on citizens of Ukraine registration of social benefits, including pensions, under the norms and rules established in the russian federation, they're also spreading information about russian telegram channels in which allegedly "reliable" information is published," – the UAF General Staff stated.
On the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhya region, occupiers involved mobilized civilians from the temporarily occupied districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions to mobile patrols and checkpoints.
To quickly replenish russian units, the occupational authorities announced another mobilization wave in Luhansk for males under 65 years old. Servicemen of the aggressor country raid public enterprises and factories to detect people of recruitment age and forcibly send them to military commissariats.
"Meanwhile, in Alchevsk, since the beginning of hostilities, more than 300 people from the mobilized locals have lost their lives. More than 1,200 people have been brought to a hospital in Donetsk since the beginning of the large-scale war," – the UAF General Staff mentioned.
Among the personnel of the occupation units in the temporarily occupied Crimea, there are rumors that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are planning a counteroffensive in the Kherson region. It is expected to be successful and result in the Ukrainian forces' entry into the Crimean peninsula.
Talking about other directions, the General Staff informed that in the Slobozhansky direction the enemy keeps partially blocking the city of Kharkiv, shelling it from multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and mortars.
In the area of the city of Izium, the russian occupiers are trying to keep the borders that they have captured earlier.
Russia used Tactical Operational Missile Complex Tochka-U while shelling Popasna. The occupying forces' efforts to advance deeper into Ukrainian territory to improve their tactical position were not successful.
In Mariupol, the occupiers are carrying out assault operations in some of the city areas.
Russian forces yet again shelled the residential buildings of Lysychansk in the afternoon of 11 April. Four buildings were ruined, and three people got injured.
The Ministry of Defense spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk stated that the question of the Kyiv offensive depended on the course of hostilities in the East.
